<p>This is where I think HumanFusion will have the edge over some other workout systems &#8211; it&#8217;s not just a one-note samba.  Once a gym has signed up, they can offer nine different styles of workout classes, including OrientalFusion (bellydance-based), WarriorFusion(kickboxing-based), UrbanFusion (jazz/hiphop based), and so on.    Varying your fitness regime ensures your body doesn&#8217;t get used to one type of exercise (which will cause you to &#8216;plateau&#8217;).  </p>
<p> HumanFusion&#8217;s class structure is another good thing about the program.   In Zumba, I&#8217;m always scrambling to keep up. I also like the fact that all HF classes are taught by real dancers.   Zumba is dance-based too, but you don&#8217;t have to be a trained dancer (or even a trained fitness trainer) to become a Zumba instructor. If you&#8217;re an individual who wants to have a clear cut plan to follow but who doesn&#8217;t want to have to worry about the particulars of the plan, this might be the book you are looking for.</p>
<p>Regular thinking tells us that the fastest way to lose weight is exercise and good eating habits.
